Return & Exchange Policy

At Athletic Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

How it works:

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  2. Email us at support@athleticalabel.com.au with your order number.

  3. Let us know the size you’d like in exchange.

  4. We’ll send you parcel return instructions via email.

  5. Once we receive your item, we’ll ship your new item as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only.

  • Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
